Our stainless steel extinguishers have that little bit extra when it comes to pleasing the eye and enhancing the interior of your premises. This little guide will explain the quality marks and standards our extinguishers meet to offer not only beauty but also safety.
As stainless steel extinguishers are not painted red in accordance with the standard BS EN3 they will not carry the BS EN3 mark, however, our stainless steel extinguishers do carry other marks of approval.
All our stainless steel extinguishers are CE marked. This means that they all conform to the relevant EU directives regarding the safety of extinguishers. They are manufactured using the same processes and meet the same standards as our red kitemarked extinguishers.
We ensure that our stainless steel extinguishers are tested and registered with LPCB, ensuring that the extinguishers have met the quality and functionality tests against published standards including British Standards.
Our stainless steel fire extinguishers are registered with the Lloyds Register Group, an independent risk management organisation and a quality assurance mark.
Our stainless steel extinguishers have colour coded front print to ensure that there is no confusion about the contents of each extinguisher. The red field, for example, signals that the extinguisher contains water, blue stands for powder, cream for foam and black for CO2.
